Suitable for use while standing, seated in a shower chair, or in bed, the Wash Top provides reliable coverage while allowing for easy, assisted bathing. Back-tie straps make it simple to secure, with a neckline closure for added adjustability.

    Designed for health and safety

    • Attachment Method - the drawstring is securely attached to the kilt garment by being sewn into a reinforced stitching "grid" at the centre back of the kilt, ensuring durability and stability during use and that it remains in the top casing before, during and after use.  
    • Tear resistant - the polyester mesh fabric maintains the garment’s integrity. 

    Fabric & Care

    • The fabric is light weight, durable, easy to clean, quick to dry, resistant to mildew and stands up to frequent washing.

    • Polyester can be washed at temperatures up to 60°C. Polyester is resistant to stains, so there is usually no need to wash it at such a high temperature and it is enough to set it in the range of 30-40°C.

    Flammability

    Polyester melts rather than catches fire, and pulls away from the flame.  If it catches fire, it burns more slowly than cotton and the flame often goes out by itself.  Melting point approximately 295°C.   The garment is however designed to be used only during bathing, showering and personal care routines.
